Skin/Fur/Scales, Etc.: Regular human-like appearance-pale skin, with usually black clothing unless in his Other-Form, where he has black and blue armor and other differences.
Eyes: Humanoid: A glowing golden
Other-Form: Usually his eyes are a dull green (R) and dull red (L), otherwise, it would have flame like appearances continually blazing over both eyes, due to joy or fear.
Looks: In his humanoid form, he'd look as any regular human with some oddities, like glowing eyes and occasionally glowing red/black markings on his hands and arms, from which he wears black clothing that covers most of his skin. His hair would be pure black, sometimes with blue tints or streaks due to a malfunction with his Human-like self.
In his Other-Form, he wears black and blue impenetrable armor, with loose, hanging chains, that only covers his upper torso, his waist down and legs/feet, and arms/hands, including part of his head. The armor on his head, seemingly like a helmet or upside down crown can expand, being able to cover most of his head. He has reflexive metallic skeletal claws (part of his armor) that are situated on his arms/hands and there is a similar style on his lower body armor and greaves - at the base of his greaves, he has buzzsaw-like wheels which give to more mobility and can be used to slice things. His hair also gains streaks of blue and his eyes change into a green and red.
Extra: Other-Form: He has a large bladed, lazer cannon and a smaller honed spiked blade. He also contains a lazer pistol, radiating a faint blue light. Each are silvery, blue, and/or black and deals extreme damage. - His weapons and armor both "magically" appear, as if from another dimension. They do not, however, need solid ammo to shoot. Their ammo is gained by the absorbed elements in the air and light around him. His blood color is a deep red, in his Other-Form. Another thing, occasionally, when getting kill-streaks galore, a blue faint crown forms around his head, not touching, but making an orbit. And, blue flames can ignite at the back of his graves.
Humanoid: He has three daggers which each hold a different special trait. He acquires his pistol in this form, as well. His blood is a silvery blue.
He is seen more often in his Other-Form than his Humanoid self. Usually when in areas inhabited with humans does he stay in his Humanoid form; that form is used also when blending in with human crowds when hiding his true self.

Hobbies/skills: He adapts to using any weapon, but has more skill in almost any type of gun and blade.
Strengths: He has unremarkable dexterity, strength, and endurance. He is very quick to think, clever, and shows no feelings of pain. His senses are enhanced when in his Other-Form. He is also immune to any disease or sickness because of how he was created.
Weaknesses: Other-Form: His lower torso is open for anyone to strike him and due to his recklessness, he could fairly injure himself, including others, sometimes to the point where it is fatal.
Humanoid: Most things he has in his Other-Form, is non-existent in this form, such as his weapons/armor, and his strength + senses are both decreased. Also, if he drinks alcohol, it'll bring out an unpredictable side of him, where he'll be almost a completely different person than his usual self.
He doesn't have many of the few basic emotions that he should naturally have, due to his past.
Accessories: Only his above weapons and armor. Plus, chains wrapped around and hanging from his armor which comes quite in handy.
Special abilities: Only in his Other-Form, depending on the amount damage taken, he can regenerate himself from almost any physical onslaught.
Attacks: He is a specially trained soldier from a different dimension, so his attacks are more crucial and damaging, but there is no particular set attack; whatever weapon/non weapon in his hand, he'll use it to fight with.
Combat style: This depends on the weapon he is given; close-range to far, stealthy to loud and proud...There is no preferred combat style for him.

Personality: He is mostly silent, but also quite stoic. He hardly says anything, seemingly emotionless, but is absolutely merciless in battle. He presses his assault even after sustaining severe personal injury.
Only occasionally, more often in battle, does he actually show much emotion. Such as surprise, or laughter/joy when killing or when he enjoys a good battle.
When the battle is not particularly challenging for him, he rarely shows any emotion and maintains a blank expression. He also seems to disregard any injuries that he receives.
At times he appears to be rather mentally unstable, often making unpredictable decisions and actions. He seems to have no regard of anyone's feelings and is a very mysterious, yet sadistic person and can actually be quite taunting of his enemy in battle. He seems very confident in his ability, almost to the point where he thinks he can defeat anyone. He can become irritated if he is not winning a battle and he does not seem to care if people die as long as he achieves his goal.
However, with being a leader of Theta's Outcasts, it may seem that he is regaining compassion that he had forgotten over the years...
Likes: He enjoys sleeping, reading, cooking, experimenting with anything, and slaughtering all sorts of creatures.
Dislikes: He dislikes crowds of people, people in general, he hates failing, and being humiliated.
Fears: He fears ongoing and continuous torture and obliteration by disintegration or deterioration.

RP paragraph: Rain blinked in disbelief. He was finally gone, away from that monstrous laboratory. He was in a world entirely separate from his old one. Everything was different here, nothing even close to what he has already experienced. Clutching the device in his claw-like hands, he snickered. There was no way he'd ever travel back, nor did he even care to travel to other worlds. Without hesitation, he clasped the device tightly in his claw-like hand until he heard a shatter. Loosening his fist, the remains of the gizmo where entirely crushed, thanks to his brute strength. He tilted his palm to let the pieces drop to the ground, and he stood still for a moment. Now what? Explore this land? Well, duh, that was practically the only option. Maybe on his way to who knows where, he could slaughter some creatures. He felt irritated and that was the only way he knew to disperse his anger. Though of course, he didn't express it. There was no need, no point.

Are there limits to his other form? Like when he can and can't use it?

Not necessarily, he was created to have his Other-Form, born to originally have just that and not his Human-like form. He can change into looking more like a regular human due to what scientists forced him into.

How fast is the regeneration? Does it take days to regenerate more serious injuries? Or is it instant? Also, a few more weaknesses would be appreciated. :3

It wont take days for him to regenerate, but it will take time depending on the injury...and I cant specify how long, though.
Besides, entirely, he isnt the strongest to begin with. He was the first creation made from faulty technology.

I had already said, ALMOST ANY physical onslaught. So take a guess, where do you think regeneration comes from? If his head was completely obliterated, then he wouldnt be able to regenerate. If only a certain part was stabbed, blown off or so on, then he could still regenerate the part back.
