Skin/Fur/Scales, Etc.: Intomon is covered in a thick shell of black chitin around most of his body, but is much thinner and weaker around his leg joints and neck. His elytra(wing shells) have waving patterns of green and red.

Looks: Intomon is a huge insectoid terafauna, in the form of a horned beetle. He has four large chitinous horns on his head, which has a thick helmet of chitin. When angry or in combat, his chitin may glow or get incredibly hot as plasma rushes through his armor. He has a large and well protected abdomen, and no wings, for both are hardened shells, his elytra. He has large guards on his legs, with spikes for deflecting other male Magnis Insectum horns. his eyes are slanted downwards, and almost hidden beneath his helmet of black chitin.

Hobbies/skills: Intomon is a fearsome figure, and lives in forests, feeding off of the overgrowth and consuming many large animals.
Strengths: Intomon's thick armor protects him from almost all blunt damage, and his size scares off most creatures. If matched with a beast of similar size, he can ram into them with his horns and cause incredible damage, able to crush through almost any kind of hide or armor on his prey. His abdomen not only contains his vital organs, but also a gland of high-energy plasma. This plasma is a distinctive feature of the Magnis Insectum (giant fire insect), and was used to scare off predatory terafauna by heating them up or burning through shell, mainly in infant and youth stages. This same plasma can be used to heat up the shell of Intomon but also regulate hisb ody temperature against extreme cold.
Weaknesses: If Intomon's shell is pierced, and his abdomen is damaged, his plasma can leak, and the energy and heat from his plasma would basically melt Intomon and almost everything in a 35 meter radius. He has several weakspots in his armor, which are the neck and joints.

Personality: Intomon is arrogant and cocky. He'll display aggression to anything that poses a threat to him and his status, and is fearful of losing his pride by avoiding a fight or running away. He won't bother with interacting with anything or anyone he doesn't deem worthy, and couldn't care less about what goes on below his knees. He respects anything strong enough to defeat him in combat, but only until he can defeat them, so long as they don't display weakness.

History: Intomon was born into a small family of Magnis Insectum, with only three siblings. Out of the four, though, Intomon was the oldest, and by far the most ambitious and ruthless of them all. His recklessness towards an older terafauna - what is believed to be one of the ancient dragon ancestors - got his kind and pacifist brother Parvis killed. After this he was abandoned by his mother, Alais and father, Cornos in rage. He was known as 'The Elusive King', derived from his heritage of social ranking, passed on following the death of his father(a terrible sickness in the abdomen) and how hard it was to find him.
He ended up sleeping through the extinction event of the dinosaurs, and was kept alive by his natural plasma, until he awoke to find a world much smaller.
