Hobbies/skills: Tom is a horror slasher and he has killed 18 people that attended the competition and counting, he only goes after the people who enters the building where the competition took place.
Strengths: Tom is insane, he will kill anyone who enters the building without hesitation and hunt them down, he will only stop if he sees that he has been defeated or someone tells him that he deserve to win
Weaknesses: Light, if any lightbulbs or flashlights get shined in his eyes he will start to burn like a vampire would and the same liquid that turned him into what he is now. Tom may have a lot of abilities but a lot of them he can only use if he's in the building where he died in, these abilities include Seizures, Insomnia, and Visions of Tom's death in victim's heads, those are the abilities he can only use if he's in the building where he died in.
Special abilities: Tom has many horror abilities, if anyone looks at his true face they could lose sight or be blinded, if anyone enters the building with him in it and looks at him they could have one of the two, They could either suffer sidafects including Seizures, Insomnia or intense fear, though if the opponent has high mental strength, they are able to resist it easily, but if the opponent happens to tire out, then there is no stoping it, there is also a vision that can go into their mind of a black and white tape of the full competition that made tom die, this is also resistable if the opponent has high mental strength, these sidafecks only occur when the victim is in the Superhero Competition Building with Tom, he wields a scythe and has intense defense like any other horror movie character, that doesn't mean he cant die but if he does die like other horror movies characters, he will come back. His defense can take 10 gun shots and 5 sword strikes before he gives up.

Personality: Tom feels no emotions toward anyone who enters the building, or any emotions at all, but if anyone does tell him that he should have won he will gain the same personality he had before he died, which is kind, friendly, nervous and creative, but he cant speak when he's like this

History:  November 17th 1984, Tom was going to head to a superhero competition where he was going to have the time of his life, the rules were simple dress up as any superhero or villain and best costume wins. Tom was going to be creative and be his custom superhero he drew in math class once named spectro. He dressed up as spectro which included a black jacket with a chain around it, black pants, black shoes and a black cape. Tom loved superhero's so he was going to have this friends Chris and Michael. Tom went at 3:30 Pm and was excited. At the building there was so many interesting items from comics, including a scythe from Chop em up, a helmet from The prince of aden, and a bow from Elven trails. He recognized them all as well as recognizing his friends who were also dress up as superhero's. They had the time of their life until Brian Benworth who was a bully at school arrived, He picked on Tom and almost ruined his entire fun but he knew that the competition hadn't started yet so he still had a chance of fun. The completion started at 4:30 Pm and Tom was the third person up. When he was up the judges loved the creativity in the costume and almost gave him the win, if it wasn't for Brian. Brian went onto the megaphone and shouted a lie that made everyone laugh at him. Tom was pissed because he would have won if it wasn't for Brian. Just as tom was leaving a stranger walked up to him, he couldn't see his face because he was wearing a cloak. The stranger said to him "Here take this kid and get that punk back what he's done, pour it on him while he is up and he'll get what he asked for". The man handed Tom a bucket of a strange white liquid and disappeared before tom could ask any questions. Tom really wanted to get him back so he took the bucket and waited for Brian to go up. 4:54 Pm was the time when it was time for Brian to step up. Tom climbed on top of the stage and was ready to pour it on him and get revenge, that is until Michael (one of his friends) went to stop him. Tom was so shocked that Michael was here too, that he accidently threw the bucket in the air and it landed on his Face, Tom's face slowly started to Burn and he slowly started loosing his mind. Tom went crazy and stated choking Michael to death due to I̧̨͜n̡͡sa͏͝ņ̸͜i̧͡t͢͜ý. The substance on his head started burning his skin and turning him insane. He grabbed the bucket off of his head and put a bag on his head to hide his face. Tom came down covered in blood, making people flee out of the competition. Many people called 911 because Tom started killing people for fun. Everyone was gathered outside and was able to see Tom grab one of the scythes and kill himself. Tom returned years later as a demented dark spirit that haunts the competition, killing anyone who enters. Tom can only speak in a ghostly voice and only say "All my fault", I'll save you", "Help me" and "I should have won". Warning never enter the superhero competition.

You will need to ellaborate on how light weakens him.

Also, being able to cause seizures, blind people, make them have flashes of Tom's memories etc. Altogether is quite overpowered if all the enemy has to do is look at him. Essentially they are stuck on the same spot with these conditions and Tom can just walk up to them and cut theur heads off. Revisit this ability and cut down its power.

ok I added more to the weaknesses and the siezures and the flashes can only happen if they are in the Building where the competition took place so he cant do it normally. And I also said he can only make people loose their sight or blindness by seeing his actual face, he has a bag over his head and since he died with the bag on, its way tougher to take off

Welcome back to the site! We have made a few changes, including how we view abilities. Even if its restticted to a building, theres still a bit of powerplaying involved with your abilities because you force others into a seizure regardless. As part of the limitation to the ability, I would suggest adding that those with high mental strength should be able to resist these symptoms, at least for a few seconds, but will lose that resistance if they are fatigued.
