Hair: While he does not have hair naturally in kaiju form, he doe in human form. His hair is spiky, a little bit messy, and has a light blue hue to it.

His dark blue scales are rough, but his snow white underbelly is smooth, and he has a row of pointed plates on his back, all of them a dark yellow with a light yellow dot in the middle of them. On his tail, he has 6 thagomizers, all of them about 70 feet long. On another note, his head has a couple of spikes on his brow, and one nasal horn on his snout. His beak has a form of "tusks", which are actually sharpened points of his lower beak.
Human form.
In human form, he has a a mesomorph body type, meaning he is muscular and compact. He wears casual attire, stuff like blue jeans, blue derby shoes, white shirt with a dark blue jacket. Something to note is that his hair seems to stand up straight on and off depending on what situation he is in, almost as if there is a static charge jolting through his body unintentionally. For example, one of the times he is rarely made, his hair is standing up straight and sharp, but when he is sad, his hair droops down.

In human form, he is well above normal human level strength, being able to lift a 3,221 pound car with ease before throwing it, as well as being able to rip a street sign from concrete with relative ease. It should be noted however that this strength is finite, as he draws most of his super human feats using extra electricity to boost his strength. Once depleted, he would still be a force to be reckoned with, but is nowhere near super human. This is also carried into his kaiju form, in which his strength will depend on how much juice he has in his system. For instance, with full juice, he could level a large building with ease, but without enough, he can't do it with a single swing of his tail.
Foraging skills.
With his heighten sense of smell, he is able to smell edible, non poisonous meals, as well as water. He can also use this sense to try and find a specific person, may it be a target, or may it be a friend.
People skills.
He is incredibly social with people, sometimes stopping completely what he is doing to chat with a person, get to know them, and maybe even becomes chat buddies, or even friends with them. However, he only does this to people that he senses isn't a threat to him, his daughter, and his team.

Time limit.
He has a time limit onto how long he can maintain his kaiju form while in combat, approximately 7 or so posts before having to go back into human form. While he can continue shifting, each time his limit goes down a post, until he has to recharge via consuming electricity. This can be lengthened if he has a stable supply of electricity, boosting each consumption with at least 1 post each, but, these are rare unless he is in a lightning storm, in a city, or is combating a electrical based foe. However, this form can be remain indefinite when not in combat.
Elephant like sense of revenge.
While he is a rather kind, and well meaning fellow, he is sometimes prone to try and seek out those who has hurt him and his loved ones. Because of this, he can't exactly think straight, almost going back to his animalistic nature, making him easy to agitate, as well as violent outbursts, something he does not want to do around a group of people, and even worse his daughter, so he tries to keep it cool the best he can.
Dependence on electricity.
He needs electricity to do his more impressive feats and attacks, without a stable supply, he won't be able to do much. However, he can draw electricity from outside eletrical sources, such as electricity based attacks, and even electricity using devices, though, it really depends how much electricity it contains. It could take him a while finding enough to do things.
Semi pacifistic nature.
While he does have a violent side to him, he does not like fighting, and would rather try and talk his way out of things instead of using violence as an answer. there are 2 reasons why he does this; reason 1 is that he wants to make a good example for his daughter, while reason 2 is his herbivorous nature, only using violence when seriously threatened, or seeking revenge.

Personality: How does one put this lightly? Draligon is kinda a softy. I mean, sure, he looks intimidating, but his true nature is that of a gentle giant, always peaceful, only aggressive when agitated via harmful things, or people. He is quite a talkative fellow, wanting to try and socialize with people from time to time, but mostly, he likes hanging out with his teammates, but most of all his daughter. A funny quirk to point out is that he likes to sometimes turn things he does into a little song. For instance, say he is looking for something, what he would do is sing, "Do, do, do, where is my thing~? Where is my thing~?". However, it should be noted that he can be extremely aggressive, and even depressed, but that is very rare.

4. The occasional dad joke, or pun.

History: To be exact, Draligon's story was similar to Jurassic Park in a way. He was born on a secluded island unknown to the public via machines, but instead of a theme park, he was suppose to be used for biological warfare. He was born along side others of his new species, but wasn't the first batch to have been introduced to the world. The previous batches were not fit for survival, and soon perished either by a birth defect, or a immune system too weak to even last too long, so one after another, and through trial and error, they had accomplished their goals... kinda. To be exact, almost all of their final clutch has died mere days after hatching, except for one specimen, this specimen being what they later nicknamed as "Draligon". Thinking he might be the successor they are looking for, he was soon put into "training" mostly seeing what he was capable of. Even as a baby, he was at the height of a Indian elephant, and soon enough within a few years, he grew rather quickly. However, after a huge typhoon hit the island, they were force to evacuate, leaving Draligon behind to try and fend for himself. However, after some more years past, he D.N.A. seemed to have mutated for time, now being able to shapeshift into a human disguise. It is not known what caused this, but a likely theory is that some human D.N.A. got mixed into the process somehow, either intentionally or by mistake, and has laid dormant in him until now. Deciding to use this form for use, he began studying at the abandoned lab, and after years and years, was able to leave the island and assume a normal life, going under the fake name of "Butch Alexander Hamilton", but has his real name as "Draligon Armatas Kaijin". Many years pass afterwards, and he now has a adopted daughter, and even a team.
