Legendary Starting Event

Yea so we reset everything and all your rp work has been thrown out the window. To top it all off we are requiring everyone and everything to start from the bottom. I get that it sucks and I'm here to offer you an opportunity to get a little ahead. Complete a 10,000 word rp in which your character goes through development of some kind and you will be rewarded with one legendary ability, equipment, or 3 free tiers. A legendary ability or equipment is an ability technically above tier 0 it may be something of the restricted category. This is an event reward so it does not follow the restrictions of character tiers. Limited to one reward per user and may only be started for a month after its release. The RP most be finished 4 months after the release. When turning it in please post what development your character went through. Please include the event tag. The event tag and mission tag can not be combined.

Ummmmm......does this mean the book I've been writing with Sly doesn't count anymore. If so, can we still finish it anyway? Pleab. Also, you said there would be some way to have the topics not be void. What way would that be exatly, because I like the dynamic between Minea and Sly we've developed, and I was going to get a little bit of character development there at the end.

Question. Is this a normal RP where everyone posts and the overall word count counts or do we each have to post our own topics tha reach the word count?

For info on how missions work please read http://www.intothebeyond.org/t397-missions-system however because this is a special event there is no reduction in the amount of words you have to write. This rp is meant for development of character and each person would have to write 10k words.

So what if we join someone else's event topic then? Would it only be a development for THEM? Or can we also develop our character in there?

You could develop your own character as well but you would each have to write 10k words.

Ok, let me explain (caps are not yelling, just making it easier to see <3)
YOU personally have to write 10,000 words INDIVIDUALLY. This can be done in RP or STORY. If done in an RP, your character still needs to go through a development.

So am I allowed to make the story and THEN make the character because i have aomeone in mind who could use some good stuff. Also doesnt having legendary stuff negate all the work you've done to stop opness? Ugh you guys confuse me. Anyway also instead of having a legendary thing am i allowed to start off with strong hgh tier stuff (armour and two swords) instead of the legendary thing because i have planses i guess idunno

The legendary event was designed as compensation for those negatively affected by the revamp. It does grant one legendary ability but they will be assessed to ensure they have appropriate limitations. I think you can substitute the ability with a weapon or item. Legendary abilities/items/weapons are above tier 0, which is the maximum tier permitted for normal development. Currently we dont have "legendary tier" armour values.

Oh I was just asking if J was allowed to make swords and armour below tier 0 instead of legendary stuff and how many things i could make.
