Nickname: Echo, Zozo
Age: 28
Gender: Female
Sexuality: Homoflexible
Species: Human/Cyborg
Alignment: Chaotic Good

Appearance:
-----------------------
Height: 5’3
Skin/Fur/Scales, Etc.: Pale skin and white plating
Eyes: Pale blue
Hair: Messy, mid-length fair hair that ends unevenly and frays out at the tips.
Looks: Echo wears a short sleeved, cropped white jacket with two silver stripes wrapping around it. Around her neck is a lavender coloured scarf that frays out at the edges messily. Underneath she has an indigo full-body suit, with cyanish green coloured detailing and silver outlining. She also has long white gloves and boots.
On her head, she wears a pair of blue-tinted goggles, with a silver strap wrapping around her head, acting as a sort of headband. Her left ear is covered by what seems to be a silver earpiece, with a black wire hanging off of it, that falls to the floor and drags along it. Parts of her jawline and neck seem to be protected by silver metal plating.
Underneath her disguise lays nothing but black silicone and white metal plating. The whole left side of her body is nothing but black and white prosthetics and loose wiring. The black silicone acts similarly to her human skin, and the white plating acts as built-in armor.
---------------------
Specialties
---------------------
Strengths/skills:
Echo is extremely fast with her Slipstream ability, and combined with her quick reflexes and speedy reaction time, is generally a force to reckon with.
Since she’s so small and speedy, it can be quite hard trying to see and aim at her.
She’s better at close combat.
Zoey’s good at being happy and making other people smile.
She is the master of puns. Please don’t get her started.
She likes to play her guitar to soothe her. One of the only things in her life that hasn’t changed.
Weaknesses/Flaws:
Power - As most of her abilities utilise the generator attached to her body, it’s very likely that she use more electricity than generated. She always has a backup power source, although this is used to keep her anchored in this universe and can never be used for her abilities.
When she runs out of power, she is put in a temporary stasis in which her body uses up as least of its resources as possible. When she sleeps, she is able to charge up to full battery within eight hours. When doing non-strenuous activities such as reading or watching a video, she takes around 12-13 hours. When fighting, it takes more than 24 hours to charge fully, and she can drain her whole supply in about 2 hours if she’s not careful, which is why Echo relies so much on her Power Up. If she has to fight multiple battles consecutively, the different battles will add up on her battery, as it won't have time to recharge even slightly.
Water - Slightly obvious. Because of her circuitry and reliance on electricity, water is very, very dangerous to her, and can short-circuit or even disable her completely.
Temperature - Like most machines, Echo struggles to function in extreme temperatures. If she goes beyond -20º and 45º C (-4º to 113º F), she will begin to act up and stop functioning correctly. Between 0º and 35º C (32º to 95º F) is the optimal temperature for her.
Impulsiveness - Due to Echo’s impulsive and often idiotic behaviour, she tends to get in a lot of trouble. Such as unfair fights where she is heavily outnumbered, selling herself as a test subject and joining a terrorist group thinking she could make the world a better place.
Special Abilities:
Slipstream – Echo is capable of weaving thin airflows around their body to enable flight at the speed of a falcon (60mph~). It is also capable of sending her forward with increased speed to glide along the ground.
Volt Charge - Echo envelopes herself in electricity and charges toward the opponent with the speed of a falcon, with enough force to break ribs. This ability has a recoil if it hits; she’s thrown back a couple feet due and is quite weak for a minute or two. However, the electricity left over is charged and keeps her energized and keeps the adrenaline pumping. The electricity is enough to physically stun a person in place for about ten, making them unable to move.
Shocker Punch - Using her left hand, Echo can deliver a short, stunning shock to her opponent. It is similar in effect to the stunning Volt Charge, although does not deal as much physical damage, but also doesn’t have any recoil on Echo. It instead creates a shockwave that can push an opponent back a foot or two if she punches into empty air, and can be even more forceful if it comes into contact with the opponent.
Double Team - She can create projected clones of herself that disappear in glitchy and static white light once hit.. These clones cannot attack but she can control them remotely.
---
Power Up - Draining the power of an electrical powered item/generator, Echo can charge herself up and give herself up to half of the power she drained from the object. For example, if she absorbed 120V of energy, she would be able to use 60V of that energy. The most she can absorb at one time is 300V.
Transfer - Echo has the power to collect any data from a piece of technology and download it directly to her brain. It can take several seconds to about fifteen minutes, depending on how guarded the information is. Of course, she cannot collect data from sentient robots, as their memory banks would be extremely guarded unless she was granted access to do so.
Execute - She has the ability to send a temporary ‘killcode’ to one piece of technology, in effect for up to five minutes. This only includes small things like communicators or electric powered goggles or security cameras. She cannot disable complex structures such as prosthetic limbs, robots, and AIs. As soon as five minutes - usually around three in battle - is up the technology powers up and runs as if nothing happened. The cooldown for this ability is a day.
---------------------
Personality:
---------------------
Personality: Zoey is an overly optimistic, happy-go-lucky kind of person that appreciates everything she’s given and everything she owns. Usually never not smiling, Echo never fails to light up a room, and she loves to make people happy. She loves making people laugh and making people happy - it’s the only thing she’s really good at.
When people aren’t happy, she feels like it’s her fault. Like she failed to make them happy. She doesn’t like unhappy people - she chooses to cheer them up as soon as possible.
Smother the negativity with optimism and positivity! That’s what her mum always told her, at least. Always focus on the good things in life, because it could be so much worse than it is now. Even if you’re no longer human! Don’t be unhappy! Always! Stay! Happy!
Likes/Hobbies: Friends are nice. Friends are fun.
So is making people happy. She likes happy people.
She loves helping people, even if she struggles to do it right.
She strives for equality, stands up for it with all she owns.
Dislikes: Zoey hates seeing sad and upset people. She wants to cheer them up.
She hates not being able to help. She wants - needs to help somebody in need.
Things are dark when she’s left alone. Don’t let her be alone.
She hates injustice and hates seeing discrimination and inequality.
Fears: The nightmares. Nothing’s scarier than the nightmares she has.
She’s scared of being alone, being alone makes all the nightmares and all the dreams and all the things she sees so, so much worse.
She fears of always being alone, never finding someone to help her and someone to care for her the way she does for others.
She’s scared that she’ll lose the rest of her body. She’s inhumane enough, she doesn’t need more helplessness on her plate.
