Strengths/skills: As a vampire he doesn't need to breath as he is undead, meaning that gases, drowning, and asphyxiation won't affect him.
Being dead he can not feel heat or cold.
He is immortal by age, but can still be killed by other ways.
He has superhuman strength, grace, speed (Of up to 65 mph), and the unnaturally accelerated healing abilities (Able to heal small-medium sized wounds a few seconds after getting them, small scrapes and bruises would fully heal in 30 minutes while larger injuries would take an hour or two. Anything sever would heal but would most likely not be fast enough unless bleeding was stopped).
Adjusts to seeing in the dark quicker than a human.
Good eyesight and sharper hearing.
Weaknesses/Flaws: He is sterile and can't have children.
He doesn't have a pulse or body heat, which could expose him if he was trying to act like a human.
Eating regular food will only cause him to belch it later, so he can only drink blood for food.
He is extremely vulnerable to fire. His body is weaker and less resistant to burning, and he can also be kept at bay by a protective boundary of fire or a burning torch.
Holy water or symbols can burn him, and he also can't say words such as god.
A ray of sunlight will cause blisters and burns on his skin, but full exposure to the sun or being exposed fully to unblocked sunshine will cause him to burst into flame dramatically, and he will be consumed and reduced to ash quickly. It would take walls to protect him from sunlight, and layers of cloth will simply be penetrated through by the light.
Silver is toxic to him and causes him to experience pain, headaches, nausea, and so on, though it will not kill him.
If a wooden stake is driven through his heart, it will kill him. As will cutting off his head or bleeding him dry.
Special Abilities: He can shapeshift into a rat whenever, although he is still affected the same. He retains his intelligence.

Personality: Simion wasn't always a vampire, and back then he had friends, family, and a life. After his turning he became disconnected with his friends and family, unable to return home because once they took him to the doctor they'd find out. Now he's one of those people who wander the streets at night, and even though he's technically over the drinking age he wouldn't be able to drink or go into a bar. If he really needs something to do he'll go to nightclubs on occasion. He can also be found around butchers and other places he can get blood, as he doesn't drink people's blood. He can also be found at libraries as he liked to read in his past life and it's a good way to pass the time. When he's hungry he tries his best to stay away from people, afraid he might accidentally bite someone.

RP paragraph: Simion looked up at the moon, what now seemed like his only friend. In the past he would have been enjoying the warm sun with his friends, playing in the pool and checking out the people around. Even if school wasn't his favorite it was a better distraction than what he was able to do now. He couldn't hang out with his friends again if he wanted to, unless he told them that he was a vampire and promised he wouldn't suck their blood. He couldn't do that, he couldn't have the idea of being rejected by his friends being a possibility. It would be better if he just didn't tell them. Behind him he could hear the music pounding from a club, and decided to head that way.
