I see that you are interesting in joining a guild. Guilds offer many benefits to your character and the world they RP in such as protection, a home, money, etc. They are also filled with other characters for you to be able to RP with, which is a great bonus if you are looking to get into more plot related RPs! Guilds also have more quests and event topics for others to join over being a rogue traveller.
Guilds are typically run by the person who has created them, with their higher ranks just below them. Due to the guilds being run by the one who has created it, only this person will be able to actually accept your character into their guild.
After filling this form out, put it under where the applications specific to that guild are, which will be labeled something similar to '*Insert guild here* Applicants'.
