Okay so, I've been doing forum-roleplay since October 10, 2014, and this is where I am now. My posts aren't awful. They usually come out in a decent size, actually-- not short, but not long either. But I'm curious. How do you make a long post? I know short posts can be unappealing, so I want to improve! Do you describe things more? Do you go in depth what your character is thinking? Is doing long posts just a thing that comes naturally as you roleplay more and more? This may be a stupid question to ask but if you have advice please post here or PM me! <3

Going in depth about your characters thoughts and feelings can help. Though, if you make a post too long, you can lose the crowd you're posting to, or your RP Partner can get lost in the detail. I'd be careful about too much internal struggle, as it can become repetitive after a time.
