Personal Info:
-----------------------
Name: Izar
Nickname: Izar - Iz, Izzy
Age: Izar - 7 years old, although she acts much more mature due to her conditioning and previous treatment when rude and/or childish
Gender: Female
Sexuality: Probably will end up bisexual
Species: Izar is a deviation of human. While most of her physical aspects are similar, her mental capacity grows slightly faster than a ‘normal’ human, as well as being able to learn, develop and train several different psychic abilities.
Alignment: Chaotic Neutral
-----------------------
Appearance:
-----------------------
Height: Izar - 4ft, 3in
Skin/Fur/Scales, Etc.: Izar is lightly tanned, with a few small freckles on her cheeks, and three silver slashes on her left shoulder, that look like scales or claw marks, which she cannot remember receiving.
Eyes: light pinkish-purple, deepening to royal purple when she is using her powers
Hair: Largely pitch black, save for silver breaking through along her fringe and temple regions.
Looks:
Izar’s only set of clothing is a simple skin-tight tracksuit, of unknown make and variant, with the tag EX-PSY-12 on the back. Completely black, it features small blue glowing lines over her veins and arteries. Her face is quite… odd. While she is extremely young, and this is shown by the baby fat still on her cheeks, and the slightly out of proportion facial features, her eyes look like they belong to someone several hundred years old, due to what she has seen, and the nature of the things she was forced to do. Additionally, she has a small implant in the back of her head, a psychic restrainer of sorts. It removes her ability to use her more… lethal powers, and can only be deactivated with a code known only to her handlers, or removed by an extremely skilled surgeon.

Specialties
---------------------
Strengths/skills:
~Still a child. This makes her less suspicious, and also allows her to get into places an adult physically could not.
~Mental acuity. She learns faster than other children her age, remembers slightly better, and is overall more mature. When she wants to be.
Weaknesses/Flaws:
~Still a child. Her physical abilities are severely lacking. She can easily be overpowered by most adults and teenagers, and easily caught by all but the most unfit.
~Indecisive. While she does want it, she’s never had free will before. The thought that she will have to make her own choices, and be responsible for the consequences scares her to no end.
~Nervous. She is terrible around new people (humans). Oddly enough, humanoid but not human species do not freak her out as much, only other humans generating this anxiety and uncertainty when meeting.
Special Abilities:
~Plain Sense. More of a weakness than anything, this ability causes Izar to be extremely sensitive to the Void / warp and anything otherwise out of sync with the regular world. Currently, this ability only allows her to sense where abilities of these natures have been used before, and see things that can traverse between the plains. This sensitivity also makes her marginally more susceptible to corruption and tainting from these and other associated sources. Additionally, this sensitivity also renders the area close to her (33.33ft in radius) slightly more… broken, increasing the power of all psychic / magical abilities by 1.25x, and additionally increasing their effectiveness by 15%. Izar, oddly enough, seem immune to this phenomenon.
~Psychic illusion. A much more useful ability, this one allows Izar to take on the guise of another human or humanoid entity, for a short amount of time. The exact length of time depends on a number of factors, including;
Differences in clothing - Changing the colour of what you’re wearing is much easier than making someone thing you’re wearing something you’re not.
Height and size - Easier if they’re small, another child ideally, much harder if they’re taller / smaller, or larger / thinner.
Weather and time - People look less closely on a rainy evening than a sunny mid-day, meaning it’s easier to hold the illusion.
Number of people - Convincing 1 is easier than 100
Currently, Izar can only hold this illusion for a max of 30 minutes, and a minimum of 5 (or 1 post, whichever is the shorter duration), instantly shattering in the presence of more than 23 people. It has a cooldown of 1h, 30min (or 3 posts, whichever is longer) if broken normally by time running down, or 3h, 45min (or 7 posts, whichever is longer) if broken by mass exposure. Additionally, a highly perceptive individual, one with psychic capabilities of their own can easily see through this illusion, but cannot break it. Along with this, mechanical recording devices do not take this guise, showing Izar as she is, including robots, AI’s and synths. N.B. Permission must be given from a character's owner for Izar to use their form, and cannot be used to mimic event characters.
~Psychic barrier. Able to be used whenever Izar feels particularly threatened (as in, for her life), she can summon a shell of psychic power around herself. Almost impervious to damage, it can be broken quite easily, if one knows what they're looking at. Six large, deep purple circles dot the surface of the shell, and when hit, shot, stabbed or magically attacked, within 20 seconds of each other, they cause the orb to shatter. Of course, Izar is immobile during this, usually curled in fetal position, and unable to use any powers, or even speak. Additionally, the shell is rather rough, and weighs only slightly more than Izar does (25 kg), allowing it to easily be picked up and manipulated, as it is not attached to anything. This ability lasts for 2 posts, and has a cooldown of 5 posts if she breaks it, and 9 if broken by someone else.

Personality:
---------------------
Personality:
~ Izar is a reserved and anti-social individual, first and foremost. Neither of these are of her own choosing, byproducts of her being used by her handlers, and the punishments that would accompany any rudeness or speaking out of turn. Instead of trying to talk, she would simply sit and respond in the simplest and most direct way possible. This lends itself to a… simple talking pattern, belying her intelligence. Oddly enough, she’s easily startled and surprised, prone to being snuck upon when reading or doing something else engaging, and gets nervous extremely easily. If one manages to break through this exterior, Izar can be extremely affectionate and caring, more so towards animals rather than humans. Surprisingly, she longs for this care and affection to be returned, the only person who had ever shown her something close being Sarah, and she paid dearly for it.
Likes/Hobbies:
~Reading
~Learning how to cook
~Sitting somewhere crowded and using her plain sense.
~Making friends that aren’t (fully) human
Dislikes:
~Full humans
~Dragon hunters
~Bounty Hunters
~Government organisations, specifically those associated with military
~Being snuck up upon
~Children her age
Fears:
~Being reclaimed by the organisation that wishes to use her as a weapon
~Her powers overwhelming and killing her

RP paragraph: With a pained and weary sigh, he threw the computer chip to the ground, the fragile thing shattering as it touched the icy floor. “No… No… It’s not enough... “ He muttered, to himself, and to the machine in front of him, an array of blinking lights and shifting dials, more confusing than informative. “There must be something they missed. They always miss things…” He mumbled, a shrunken and disease eaten hand passing over a small screen, it flickering to life shortly after. With a short burst of static, a video began to play, many years old, but the best lead he had. It showed an almost peaceful countryside, the wall that camera was mounted on just visible at the edges of the recording, the camera covering a wide arc. “The same thing, over and over, but there must be something I’m missing.” He muttered again, as the even started. A pillar of silvery light, appearing, by all measurements, instantly, and suspended inside that pillar, a large, almost human silhouette, a halo-like array of plasma, bullets and missiles suspended around it, at varying distances. And then, only a single frame later, it was gone. A handful of frames later, the recording cut to static, knocked out by some sort of energy discharge. “She must be found… At all costs…” He wheezed, before devolving into a hacking and deep coughing fit, several of those blinking lights flaring to red, and several dials doing likewise. The fit continued for several long minutes, before the adrenaline that was pumped into his veins from the tubes connected into his veins hit his lungs, giving him room to breathe. “We’re running out of time, my little Maven. She has to be found.” He said in an almost fearful tone. “Track 19, my dear. I need to think…” He added as an afterthought, the much larger and more complex machine connected to the ceiling blinking in recognition, as the low and soothing sounds of classical piano filled the room. “Thank you.” He acknowledged, met by a soft beep, as the machine began to move with him, sliding along the ceiling, still pumping nutrients, blood and chemicals into his frail and wizened body, quite literally carrying the small human beneath it, suspended in a web of wires and tubes. “We must find her and take what she knows dear. She’s the only one that knows how to make Ascent work… And my time is short.” Beeping once more, as if in agreement, he felt his eyelids grow heavy, as they usually did so late in the evenings. “Goodnight, Maven…” He rasped, as he simply fell asleep there, suspended, cocooned by the equipment that gave him life.
