Strengths: She is great at noticing small, normally ignored details, as well as focusing hard on a certain subject.

Accessories: Her trusty polaroid and pen and pad is the only thing they're armed with.
Special abilities: Aster has the power to manipulate time, but has since lost (and it will stay this way except for site-wide plots based around this topic) this ability. This would include being able to rewind, jump back, and even stop the flow of time completely. One thing she hasn't lost, however, is the ability to see short flashes into the future. These are not under her control, however, and can hinder her greatly.

Personality: Asterisk used to be an innocent, naive young adult, barely surviving with a 2.8 gpa, and never had to worry about the world ending at her hands. She always seemed lost in their own world, undeterred by real life conflicts. She always tried to stop violence, and come up with compromises to others' arguing. She missed the friend she had abandoned, and felt bad for leaving them without warning. She was always good at empathising with others, and felt the pain, even if she wasn't affected at all. She was the greatest friend anyone could have, yet she was always too shy to approach anyone. She was the kind of person you'd always see, never hear, but was always there. This caused her to be more observant, and could sneak around campus unnoticed.
Likes: Photography, scenic pictures, art, cute things.
Dislikes: Conflicts, complications, change, stupid nicknames.
Fears: She fears that she will be the reason that the world ends, tearing up the fabric of time/space with her reckless, meaningless 'rewinds'.

History: It started with Asterisk saving their friend from an insane student. Unfortunately, her friend was supposed to die, and the universe tried to make up for it by killing the creatures of the sea and sky, as well as trying to kill this friend off in the process. Five days after her saving her friend, the amount of times she had manipulated time all gathered up in one huge storm, killing off anything and anyone in its path. Asterisk was the only one to survive, and this was only by using her powers to stop it. This caused huge backlash, her being thrown into another universe entirely where she cannot use her powers at all.
