Skin/Fur/Scales, Etc.: Hunter has a pair of dragon wings that have feathers on them. (like in the movie eragon XD) The wings are exactly the same with no abnormalities. The feathers on the wings are five different colors. Cyan, Black, White, Purple, and Green. Hunter has white, cyan, and black scales scattered across his body. But they’re in a symmetrical pattern and very few people have seen him without a shirt on. he has black hair with a few white streaks here and there. He also has one cyan streak in the front. He also has a tail that is linked to his the part of that is a night fury. He has a pair of extra maneuvering fins that are retractable just like his wings and look the same as well.

Eyes: Hunter’s eyes change depending on what he’s doing. If he’s in combat his eyes shine a bright cyan.

Strengths: He can move without any sound and he can also move extremely fast, whether it’s in the air or on the ground. His top speed is mach 5.5.
Weaknesses: One of Hunter’s few weaknesses is his bones. They’re hollow to allow easy flight, faster movement speed, and even quieter movement. This means his bones are more brittle and break much more easily than they would if they were solid. Another one of his weaknesses is his fear of eels. If you show him an eel or anything similar and he recovers from the shock, he WILL kill you. No questions asked. 
Accessories: His primary weapon is a 7.62x54r Tactical VEPR DMR sniper rifle and a pair of hidden blades. His secondary weapons are a .45 pistol (the shells eject straight up instead of up and to the right), twin swords, several knives, and a .308 lever action pistol.
Special abilities: Yes. other than the ability to fly he can disappear into shadows (basically shadow traveling). Howeever, he can only shadow travel eight times a day. He can also change his voice entirely when he wants to disguise himself (it really comes in handy).
Attacks: His attacks are irregular and random. Never really using any specific pattern or style.
Combat style: Hunter prefers to use long range to kill most of his targets. But there are times when this is not necessary and he uses the rest of his arsenal for short range and melee fighting.
Extra: Hunter is very rich considering he's an ace mercenary fighter pilot. So he has multiple vehicles at his disposal, including a street legalized Kawasaki Ninja H2R.

Personality: Friendly, gentlemanly towards girls, tends to keep his distance towards everyone but his friends. Hunter likes to scare the living shit out of people. He uses his mastery of stealth, and unseen movement to literally give everyone heart attacks. He likes to kill his enemies in any way possible.

RP paragraph: Hunter stood up and saluted as his commanding officer entered the room. “At ease.” she said and he sat down. “So what’s next on our agenda of things?” he asked. “We have very few pilots these days and we’re running low on ammo, supplies, and pilots for missions.”

Hunter sat on top of the largest building he could find in the large city he was to carry out his next mission in. He flexed the extra muscles in his back and his wings unfolded through the velcro sealed holes he had in his hoodie. for his wings. As he did this his tail fins and maneuvering fins unfolded as well showing multicolored feathers that glimmered in the evening sunlight. Those feathers allowed Hunter to fly quickly and silently no matter what happened. He leaped off the building and dove towards the ground towards his target, unsheathing both his hidden blades in the process. All anyone that was watching could see was a multicolored blur heading towards the most tyrannical person in the entire city. Hunter hid his wings and tailfins once he reached a 50 feet above his target and his hidden blades plunged into the skull of Jackson Jergus Reed, the head of the templar group in the city.

Basically you have a lot of strengths, abilities and accessories combined compared to how crippling your weaknesses are:

-Can transform into a dragon
-Travel at mach 3.75 at least
-Shadow travel
-Tactical Sniper rifle
-2 pistols
-2 swords
-2 'hidden blades'
-Couple of knives

And all of these against your weaknesses which I find some issues with:

-Hollow bones allows faster travel perhaps but wouldn't that make your bones extremely fragile that it will break if you ever go supersonic (Mach speed)? Or do you mean he has no bone marrow? (Which wouldn't really help him go faster.) Overall, how does hollow bones contribute to as a weakness? You need to specify this.

-Fear of eels. I have discussed this with you and, unfortunately, the fear of eels thing doesn't work as a weakness and should just stick with being a fear. You mentioned he built tolerance against it, so that means this fear of eels thing no longer works as a weakness. Even if someone, for some reason, is carrying an eel and shows it to Hunter, they will just get murdered in Hunter's anger and insanity.

-Weakness for good alcohol is...actually not a weakness and is probably taken way too literally. Hunter isn't an alcoholic and, although may develop alcoholism, doesn't actually get drunk at all according to his app. This belongs to his 'Likes', not his weaknesses. It's not like Hunter's targets will be carrying around any alcoholic drinks and shout out towards him and ask him if he wants a drink to save their skins. Overall, not a weakness.

Overall, you have dragon transformation, shadow travelling (partially like teleport), an arsenal of weapons for both long range and close combat uses, and can travel several times the speed of sound. Altogether these greatly outweigh the one actual, though pretty vague, weakness which you have listed. Therefore Hunter is considered overpowered at this stage.

You still need to describe how hollow bones are considered a weakness. Does his bones break easily on impact? The same goes for the 'subject of family'. These 2 weaknesses are far too vague for me to consider it a pass, when comparing to the abilities and weapons you have.

Also, going with what One wants to do about limiting OP characters, you need to describe a limitation for shadow travelling. Otherwise this, combined with your mach speed travelling, makes it impossible to even scratch Hunter.

I've heard of this new character sheet thing, but I can't find it. Where is it exatly? And we should probably get rid of the outdated sticky.

Well, time for some new shit. I'm gonna restart from scratch. I've got new interests and new abilities, plus some new differences. No more dragon bullshit, and some new vehicles that I actually designed.

I'm going to ask you to please redo your application to the updated character app and keep to it. Do not add your own little things in.

Your clan doesn't exist and neither does the clan rank. Remove them. It's not part of the official app template.

Remove weapons from your app. There's a seperate thing you have to fill out in order to obtain them.

Special abilities with your weapons, unless your magic is what causes the special ability, should be in the weapons app.

No one is allowed to be a dragon on this site aside from the ones which have already been approved. If you don't know who they are, they are Cross, Ami, Aero, Lead, Hagane. Your character cannot be p, at all, related to a dragon. Remove the third dragon.

You also need more for your personality, please add a few more sentences.

Most of the information in the scales, fur, skin should be in the looks. This section, regarding fur, skin and scales should ONLY have the colour of your skin and the colour of the scales here. Anything else is in the wrong area. Put the rest in looks.

Once you've done this and followed this, I'll look into your app again.

i'm completely rewriting it and once you figure this out, i'm deleting the old profile. I WILL be adhereing to the new template, and i will not do otherwise. you didn't read my last post thoroughly enough. I AM COMPLETELY RESTARTING FROM SCRATCH!!! it's just taking longer than it was supposed to.
