Weaknesses/Flaws: Navi is extraordinarily fragile for someone who has been training themselves as much as she has. With all that she has done a doctor would agree she should be twise as strong as she is.

Special Abilities:
Flame of Night's Flame:
Navi has complete control over the element of fire. Able to manipulate it at will however she is only able to create fire as hot as 4000 fahrenheit hot enough to very quickly melt iron or lead but not hot enough to melt notable metals such as iridium and tungston. Every post in which she uses this ability in any way consumes 3 energy.

Flame of Night's Wings:
Navi sprouts 2 large wings made of fire from her back that grant her the ability to fly. She can fly at a maximum speed of 30 mph and a maximum height of 10,000 feet. Every post in which she uses this ability consumes 2 energy.

Flame of Night's Relocation:
Navi is able to teleport. While in hunter mode(a cosmetic effect) Navi will produce a harmless wispy fire that resembles her shape from her point of exit that will quickly dissipate. And she can chose to keep or discard her momentum. She can only safely teleport to a location she can see as teleporting somewhere unknown gives her the risk of materializing inside of other matter near instantly killing her. Each teleport consumes 10 energy.

Navi has a maximum pool of 100 energy. During strenuous activity such as a battle she regains 2 energy per post. During every day active tasks such as going shopping she regains 10 energy per post. When resting such as sitting down and having a chat she regains 25 energy a post. And a decent amount of sleep will completely fill it.

Personality:
Although Navi can read people extraordinarily well her ability to connect with people is nonexistent. She has become desensitized from death as a result of her trauma and occupation. She is by no mean emotionless though. It is just she is self centered and doesn't really care for anyone but herself. She spends her time either earning money or blowing that money on fun and satisfaction. She doesn't care what people think of her age or if they have doubt in her ability as she has confidence in such things. Because of her lack of care in other and search for a good time she can be a little unpredictable. Killing some random innocent at one moment and saving a trapped kitten the next.

It is unknown how she gained this fear. For as long as she can ever remember she's just had an intense fear of water. Anything pool of water bathtub size or bigger she'll avoid by a great distance. The bigger the water the more scared she gets. If you were to blind fold her and bring her next to a lake when she opens her eyes she'd be paralyzed with fear and likely have some physical reactions like sweating and extreme shaking.

Claustrophobic
Her claustrophobia developed as a result of her capture and the trauma of the arena she went through. (which will be rped) Don't stick her in a tight space or she will freak out resorting to violence if even a hint of resistance towards her escape is shown. Even in only slightly cramped spaces she can behave nervous and a little bit erratic.

History:
Raised in the Meirie Yin city state of Jianshi. Navi's father was of Yin heritage and her Mother of Yang heritage. Her parents worshiped the Nova cult. The cult worshiped spacey stuff and had a philosophy that great death brought about great change. During some particularly hard times the cult enacted a ritual called the super nova in which the participating members would sacrifice their children in order to bring about a great change so future children may survive. Turns out the cult was only half crazy as the ritual gave the leader's of the cult a supernatural baby who they named Navi. Though shortly after the authorities put a swift end to the cult even imprisoning some of the members, though somehow Navi's parents were uncharged. Naturally there was some controversy over how Navi's parents had acquired her.

Naturally Navi was extremely smart gaining wisdom and intelligence at an incredible rate and generally excelling at anything she did. Her ability to read people was also amazing and as such she was popular even with the adults. With their child being so popular Navi's parents figured it would be a good idea to restart the Nova Cult however as a result they were killed by the authorities fearing the effect the cult would have on the populace. They also attempted to assassinate Navi however she was able to escape. She fled and took a liking to assassinating for a living. Her clients who have taken a chance on the unassuming child came to call the professional killer The Flame of Night. The reason behind her dark decent into assassinations will be rped.

Navi sighed as she stood in an orchard of cherry blossom trees. It seemed the authorities had gotten fed up with her assassinations. They sent about 6 assassins to assassinate the assassin, how cute. Two lay in a couple of trees directly in front of her, each held a sniper at the ready fingers itching to pull the trigger. The only reason for the silence was that they were unaware she was aware of their presence and they were waiting for the perfect moment to spring their ambush. They didn't exactly have the most fitting of camo though. At the base of those same trees hid an assassin. Their presence was known but their weapons were not. They were however each holding an automatic rifle. At her left and right were trees that hid another assassin. Their weapons were known to Navi. She recognized the sound of an unsheathing blade anywhere.

She almost felt bad for these guys just making a living. Then again seeing as there were six they seemed to know what they were up against. At least they would provide some amusement. Her eyes and hair changed from black to crimson red and she made her move before they could make theirs. Launching a couple of large fireballs from her palms the two balls of fiery death flew through the air and struck the trees that attempted to hide 2 assassins each. Quickly Navi grabbed her katana out from the pocket of her trench coat. Time seemed to slow as she expected the snipers to fire. Only one did and Navi deflected it with her blade, the other sniper panicked and attempted to jump from the tree. Right away Navi stuck up a giant wall of fire in front of her to block her ranged assassins' line of sight. The two assault rifle wielders fired blindly into the fire to no avail giving Navi the time she needed to deal with the two duelists. They flanked her sides and attacked at the same time swinging horizontally. Navi jumped at the moment of their swing over the top of the head on her right rolling in the air and cutting his head down the middle with her katana. He slumped to the ground instantly defeated and before the other could even make a second attack Navi rushed toward him and sliced him in half at the waist. Behind the wall of fire the two snipers were being burnt alive having been unable to escape the tree in time. They rolled around on the ground attempting to extinguish themselves to no avail. Meanwhile the two assault rifle assassins made their way around either end of the fire wall. Assault rifles fired faster than she could deflect and slowing time wouldn't help as it slowed down her own actions as well just allowed her more time to think, but there was no need as they were foolishly close to the firewall. With a simple gesture of her hands the fire was intensified and moved to the sides to engulf the assault rifle ex assassins killing them swiftly.

Her hair and eyes returned to normal as she put her way her blade insider her trench coat pocket. She walked away as the screams of the snipers slowly died out, their consciousness and life fading.

You need at least one additional weakness to balance out your numerous strengths. That's just not okay to have 4 good strengths to 2 okay weaknesses, I'm going to need you to add another two, or another decent one.

Now, your special abilities. Your fire is way too strong, you have to drop that temperature down. Only people who have participated in my event, or COMPLETED the original 'relaunch' event from two years ago can have temperatures exceeding 3000F- or even be remotely close to that sort of temperature. I need you to drop this down drastically or else its just not fair. I have to ask you to drop that down to around 2000F (the heat of a bushfire), at the MAX as to what you can have. With this ability of fire, you also must specify that you cannot control other peoples flames/magic in that regard, otherwise that's far too strong and unfair. You also need to increase the cost of this spell, as you regain 3 energy per post, and this only costs two, meaning you can use this ability an unlimited amount of times and can comfortably have 2 abilities on the go and not really care too much about it.

In regards to your flight ability, I am going to have to ask you to drop this to around 3280ft, or around 1km flight height. Otherwise that's far too much.

And your teleportation ability, I'm sorry but teleportation is banned. I cannot allow you to have this ability approved and will have to ask you to change this. It could be an incredibly fast dash instead, but absolutely no to the teleport ability.
