Name: Pepper spray.
Type: Item/weapon. Pepper spray.
Appearance: A metal can with a button on top. When said button is pressed, spray shoots out.
Materials: The can is metal. The spray itself is the same material as the natural chemicals that make chili peppers hot (also known as oleosorin capsicum), but at a much higher concentration.
Thickness: N/A
Purpose: Self-defense. You can spray people with it. Sometimes used to keep crowds in control, and is often used by policemen.
Abilities: It irritates the eyes, causes tears, pain, temporary blindness, breathing difficulties, and can last for hours depending on the strength of the spray.
Limitations/Weaknesses: Only really useful for close-ranged. Once all shots are used, and all the pepper spray is gone, it becomes a useless metal cylinder. Unless Alex chucks it at someone's face or something,

Appearance: A knife with a 4-inch blade that folds into the grip (a folding knife). The handle is black, with the blade also being black except for a line of silver along the top of the blade. Her pocket knife's blade is a drop point.
Materials: Metal blade, a synthetic rubber grip with grooves for easier holding.
Thickness: N/A
Purpose: Survival.
Abilities: A drop point blade is used best for survival situations. It's good at slicing, and with a large "belly" area, it also has more strength to it.
Limitations/Weaknesses: It's really only for short-distance, and not very good for piercing because of its broader tip.
