Normal form
He has only one eye that covers his entire face. His black eyebrows are extremely flexible. And his nostrils are on his chin. He has a mouth on his neck that goes from base to top (vertically.) With little interlocking teeth. Otherwise he just looks like a regular human.
Fighting form
Same except for a tough outer shell that cannot be peirced by the standard sword or claw. (Not indestructable, enchanted swords or guns will work. But don'ttake your knife and say that you stabbed me in the chest if it isn't special or extra strong.)
Extra: He has an illusion form that can look like anyone, so long as he has seen them.

Hobbies/skills: Eating, being annoying, reading.
Strengths: Not fast, but good stamina, extremely cunning/clever, intelligent.
Weaknesses: Reckless, stubborn, not good endurance for physical attacks, needs to eat a lot or he will quickly die. Not very fast, bad eyesight (relies on hearing and smell.) Overthinks things.
Accessories: Assorted clothes.
Special abilities: He has the power to eat anything. When he inhales, sometimes he can also pull other things into him, such as people, fire, plants, dirt, light, anything. (Note: It only lasts as long as he's got breath, and normally he only pulls in specific targets.) As his meal flies toward him, it turns into a tasteless goo. He can eat ANYTHING. The only exceptions being sound waves, radio waves, radiation (still damages him.) Poisons (If they are super toxic or in large amounts.) and things that are behind or on either side of him.
He also can cast an illusion to make him look human. But the more different it is from himself, the harder it is to maintain.
He also needs to eat 5 tons per day to survive. As his stomach is much bigger on the inside than the outside, and has a lot more room in it. Since he can eat anything, it isn't too bad.

Personality: Dev is cruel, and finds violence, torture, and pain amusing. He is obsessed with finding food. But he spends his free time reading, drawing, or working on a machine that feeds him through tubes. This machine allowed him to sleep fr two-thousand years before it broke down, much to his disappointment. He is not hard to anger, though it IS hard to anger him enough to show it. He is deadly clever, and takes great pleasure in playing mind games, spouting riddles, and tricking people into being eaten.
Likes: Riddles, mind games, torture, tricking people, the suffering and pain of others, EATING, reading.
Dislikes: Hunger, people who think they're geniuses, people who think they are the best, stupid people, people who get away.
Fears: Being killed by a weaker enemy, humiliation, starving to death.
