Yuuki crossed her arms as she stepped into the room. Her eyes darted around curiously. What a variety of animals. It was amazing how many different sorts of creatures they had already captured, from all over the world. From where she stood, she could see rows and shelves of cages, the walls transparent yet as tough as titanium. The sounds of claws clinking against the glass and metal as the animals paced irritably, and the angry noises they let reverberated throughout the large storage room. People walked around, pushing carts into different areas, some into trucks, others into planes waiting in the hangar. They were in an underground storage area where the organization had made their temporary base in Xastristan. Animals were going to be traded, killed, and bought solely for wealth, their exotic pelts, and their other resources.
Yuuki hummed thoughtfully. She had never actually been involved in animal trafficking herself; she vehemently refused when she was younger, yet she had still went into a job force that involved the death of a living organism, so did it really make a difference when she thought about it? Yuuki wasn't thrilled to receive this job offer, but it rewarded a sufficient amount of money, so Yuuki had decided to accept it. Of course it'd be costly; the job was most definitely an important one. After all, it entailed the guarding of the creature with the highest bounty on this planet: the dragon.
They had somehow captured a baby dragon, and were now going to sell him off to the highest bidder. Either that, or they were going to skin him alive and use his scales as clothing items to sell into the future. Soon enough, the dragon was going to be gone either way, and the traffickers were going to grow rich. Now, where was that cage? Yuuki stepped through the storage unit, ignoring the loud hisses and roars that creatures shot at her as she walked past, focused on getting to the dragon's cage. It was going to soon board a cargo plane and shipped off to the country of Minoura, where others were waiting for them.
As Yuuki waited patiently, she crouched down, and peered through the glass to stare at the dragon curiously.
